Florist-specific expertise: We're not adapting generic business templates. Every product is designed from the ground up for wedding floristry by someone who spent 5 years as a florist.
Strategic design: With 7 years of brand strategy experience (including work with Archie Rose and Blundstone), we bring professional-level strategic thinking to every template and brand project.
Canva Templates

No. Our templates work with Canva Free.
Canva Pro offers additional benefits (more fonts, background remover, brand kit features), but it's not required. We include alternative font suggestions specifically for Canva Free users.

Immediately after purchase, you'll receive:
An email with your template link and download files
Click the Canva template link
Click "Use Template" in Canva
The template copies to your Canva account
Start customising!
All files (instructions, example PDF, mood board, font guide) are downloadable from the same email.

Yes. Once you purchase, you can use the template for unlimited client proposals.
We recommend:
Customise the template once with your brand colours/fonts/logo
Save this as your "master template"
Duplicate the master for each new client
Never edit your master—always work from copies
This way you always have a clean version to start from.

Absolutely. Our instructions show you exactly how to:
Update colours to match your brand palette
Change fonts (with Canva Free-friendly suggestions included)
Add your logo
Adjust layouts and spacing
Upload your own images
Make it completely yours.

First time: 20-30 minutes (you're learning the template)
Subsequent proposals: 10-15 minutes (once you know the system)
Note: there will be additional time involved in sourcing reference images. We recommend building a library of images that represent your style to make populating the template as wuick and easy as possible - bonus points if it includes lots of images of your own previous work.

Yes! The templates are fully flexible:
Duplicate pages to add more arrangements
Delete pages you don't need for smaller weddings
Reorder pages to match your preferred flow
Add blank pages for additional content
Instructions included for all of this.

Most florists export as PDF Print (highest quality) and either:
Email directly as attachment
Upload to client portal (HoneyBook, Dubsado, etc.)
Share via Dropbox/Google Drive link
Send as Canva view link (clients can view but not edit)
We recommend PDF for most professional presentation.

Your purchase includes a template link that anyone on your team can access to help customise proposals for your business.
However, you cannot share the template link with other florists or use it for multiple separate businesses. One purchase = one floristry business.

Due to the digital nature of our templates (instant access, impossible to "return"), all sales are final.
Please review product images, descriptions, and example PDFs carefully before purchasing. We want you to feel confident in your choice.

If we make improvements to templates (fixing typos, updating layouts, adding features), purchasers receive free access to updated versions.
You'll receive an email notification if an update is available with a link to the new version.

Yes, please do! All text is editable.
The disclaimer language we include is a good starting point, but you should customise it to reflect your specific business policies.
We recommend having a lawyer review your terms if you're unsure. We're designers, not legal advisors.
